Lobster Casserole (Aka Lazy Man's Lobster}

Recipe Ingredients

1		Lobster meat
5 oz	142g	Coarse white breadcrumbs - dry
3 tablespoons	45ml	Butter - melted

Recipe Instructions

Toss breadcrumbs with butter. Put lobster in a casserole.

Mix in 1/2 the buttered crumbs, and put the rest on top.

Heat in a 400F oven until heated through, about 10 minutes Easier than pie.
